White Tea — delicate and floral

Pai Mu Tan is one of the most well-known white teas and captivates with its light, clear cup and a delicate, floral character. This particularly gently processed white tea is barely fermented, which preserves its natural, mild aroma. The large leaf with white tips makes it a special tea specialty. The cooler the water, the finer and more floral its unique aroma unfolds.

Preparation

Allow water to cool to 70 °C. Use about 2/3 of the usual amount of black tea. The cooler the water, the finer and more floral the aroma. Do not add sugar or lemon.
