South African Rooibos with Caramel

Rooibos is a popular national drink in South Africa, enjoyed hot or cold at any time of day. It is naturally caffeine-free and has a low tannin content, so it never tastes bitter. The combination with real caramel pieces creates a sweet and aromatic taste experience.

Ingredients: Rooibos tea, caramel pieces (sugar, condensed milk, glucose syrup, milk powder), flavouring

Preparation

Pour boiling water over approx. 1 level teaspoon per cup and let steep for 3–5 minutes.
