To do this, click on the little man at the top right of the screen and in the next step on the \u201cForgotten password\u201d link. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail with the option of assigning a new password. If you do not receive this e-mail, please also check your spam folder.     <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>CHANGING OR CANCELING THE ORDER<\/summary>\n<p>As your order is processed very quickly, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order shortly after it has been placed.  <br\/>Exception: If you have chosen to pay in advance and do not pay the invoice amount, the order will be automatically canceled after 14 days.  <br\/>If you really do not want to receive your order, you can refuse to accept the parcel. As soon as the parcel is back with us, the return will be processed and the order canceled.   <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>ENTER VOUCHER CODE<\/summary>\n<p>After selecting your desired products, click on the shopping cart at the top right and\/or on \u201cCheckout\u201d. In the next step you can enter the voucher code above and click on \u201cApply voucher\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>COUPON CODE DOES NOT WORK<\/summary>\n<p>Voucher codes are often subject to conditions or have a specific expiration date.
