Made from the bark of the South African rooibos. Also known as “Rooitea”, “Rooibos tea” or “Massaitea”. It is characterized by a soft, aromatic cup and high yield.
Rooibush is a popular drink in South Africa, enjoyed by everyone, hot or cold, at any time of day or night. Rooibush has a low tannin content (does not taste bitter) and is naturally caffeine-free.
The preparation of Rooibush is completely uncomplicated. Pour boiling water over approx. 1 teaspoon of rooibush per cup and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes so that all the valuable ingredients can be absorbed into the water.
