Classical homeopathy does not recommend the consumption of coffee, peppermint teas, etc. Substances such as menthol or mint – but also coffee or camomile – can have a negative effect on the success of homeopathic therapy. However, this recommendation becomes problematic in everyday life, as many dental care products contain essential oils and are therefore not compatible with homeopathy.
The toothpaste meets the requirements of homeopathy.
It goes without saying that our Citridental toothpaste does not contain any environmentally harmful microplastics.
Occasionally we are asked whether our toothpaste contains dangerous aluminum compounds. Of course not, because the ingredient “Magnesium Aluminum Silicate” contained in our toothpaste is alumina. Alumina is a dermatologically well-tolerated substance and serves as a stabilizer in the formulation. It is a natural weathering product of various feldspars and not a synthetic aluminum compound such as aluminum chlorides, aluminum chlorohydrates, etc., which are contained in many conventional deodorants, for example.
