Payment

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

1. payment by bank transfer (prepayment). Your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment.
2. PayPal payment. Your account will be debited after your order has been accepted.
3. Delivery on account within Germany (not possible for first-time orders).

Please note that for first-time orders, payment is only possible via PayPal or prepayment.

Please note that for first-time orders, payment is only possible via PayPal or prepayment.

Please note that the full invoice amount must be credited to the account specified in the order confirmation within 14 days. The reservation of the order can be maintained up to this deadline; after this period, the order will be canceled by sanitas.
Depending on the bank, it may take up to 3 days for the transfer to reach our bank account.

The products can only be shipped after the payment has been received! After we have received your payment, you will of course receive a confirmation of your payment by e-mail.

Payment via PayPal enables us to process the payment quickly and securely. This means that the ordered products can be sent to you as soon as possible.

When paying via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either log in as a guest or register as a new PayPal user and confirm the payment in the next step. As a rule, receipt of payment via PayPal is displayed and booked within a few minutes of the order being placed, so that the order can be processed and dispatched quickly.

If, contrary to expectations, the goods are returned, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

When purchasing on account, we grant a payment term of 14 days from receipt of the invoice (usually immediately after ordering). This allows you to pay for the goods only after receipt.

Please state the order number and the name of the customer in the reference field of your bank transfer. You will find the complete bank details (IBAN, BIC, etc.) on your invoice.

Please note that purchase on account is not possible for first-time orders.

If the Paypal payment did not work, please send us an e-mail with your full name and e-mail address. After we have found the outstanding order, we will send you a payment link via Paypal. After successful transmission your order will be processed.
