FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

If you have lost your password or no longer remember it, you have the option of choosing a new one. To do this, click on the little man at the top right of the screen and in the next step on the “Forgotten password” link. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail with the option of assigning a new password. If you do not receive this e-mail, please also check your spam folder.

CHANGING OR CANCELING THE ORDER

As your order is processed very quickly, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order shortly after it has been placed.
Exception: If you have chosen to pay in advance and do not pay the invoice amount, the order will be automatically canceled after 14 days.
If you really do not want to receive your order, you can refuse to accept the parcel. As soon as the parcel is back with us, the return will be processed and the order canceled.

ENTER VOUCHER CODE

After selecting your desired products, click on the shopping cart at the top right and/or on “Checkout”. In the next step you can enter the voucher code above and click on “Apply voucher”.

COUPON CODE DOES NOT WORK

Voucher codes are often subject to conditions or have a specific expiration date. Please read the conditions carefully.
If the voucher code does not work despite the correct conditions, please contact us.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you have received the wrong product despite all due care, please contact us and give us the invoice number. We will discuss the next steps together.

DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED

We apologize for the inconvenience.
If possible, take a photo of the damaged product. Please contact us and give us the invoice number. We will discuss the next steps together.

Opened products and books that are no longer sealed are excluded from exchange.
