Ingredients:
Chopped olive leaves from certified organic cultivation (DE-ÖKO039)
For making an infusion drink with a golden yellow cup, gentle tartness and slightly mild sweetness. Organic seal (EU/non-EU agriculture)
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons for 1 cup. Leave to infuse for 4 to max. 8 minutes, strain through a tea strainer and sweeten with honey if necessary. Tastes good hot and cold.
Our tip
To release the valuable ingredients even better, you can crush the cut tea leaves a little with a mortar. In summer, you can also enjoy sanitas organic olive leaf tea as a refreshing iced tea. Simply mix to taste with a little cold mineral water, lemon juice or fruit juice, add a few ice cubes – and you’re done!
