Fruit tea 100g
High-quality, aromatic, very fruity tea blend of hibiscus blossoms, apple, blackberry and strawberry pieces, rosehip peel and currants.
Extraction
Its history goes back to the Middle Ages, and today it is a true classic among teas. We are talking about fruit tea. It is not a tea in the traditional sense, but a tea-like product or infusion, as it is not made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis tea plant, as is usual with teas.
Dried and highly concentrated fruits are used for fruit teas, which still contain all their valuable ingredients. Provided that the ingredients are processed correctly and carefully, the valuable plant substances and aromas can pass directly into the hot tea water and thus develop their full effect. The fruits used for these teas are harvested or collected and dried in the country where they are grown. After strict quality controls, they are further processed in Germany. Only then are they cut and blended according to a special recipe. The plant parts used for fruit teas are natural products that are influenced by climate, soil and weather. Therefore, seasonal fluctuations in quality are possible even in the same growing regions.
Description
Each plant used for fruit tea has numerous ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, trace elements, polyphenols and essential oils. Due to their valuable ingredients, fruit teas are a genuine and inexpensive alternative to fruit juice drinks or commercially available ready-to-drink beverages. They also contain an exceptionally low amount of natural fructose. As fruit teas contain no caffeine, they can be drunk at any time of the day or night, both hot and cold (e.g. as a delicious iced tea in summer). Fruit teas are ideal for meeting daily fluid requirements in a healthy and low-calorie way and are particularly popular with children. The “Heavenly Fruit Basket” fruit tea from sanitas offers a fruity-fresh vitality cocktail.
