Shipping & delivery

The shipping costs at sanitas are waived within Germany from an amount of 50 euros, below this value we charge a flat rate of 5 euros per order.

We charge a flat rate of 10 euros per order for delivery to other EU countries.

We charge a flat rate of 20 euros per order for delivery to third countries (non-EU, worldwide).

Please note: Deliveries abroad are only possible against prepayment via PayPal. Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees.

Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by GLS, Deutsche Post, DHL or a forwarding agent. We ship worldwide. The shipping costs incurred can be found under shipping costs.

Delivery time national:

The delivery time is 2-3 days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If an item is exceptionally not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page or you will be informed by us.

Delivery time international:

An additional 4 days must be allowed for delivery to other EU countries, and an additional 15 days should be calculated for delivery to non-EU countries and other continents.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after receipt of the amount in the specified bank account and for other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Opened products and books that are no longer sealed cannot be exchanged.
